The Issa Trust Foundation, the non-profit arm of Couples Resorts, recently donated a new ABG machine and two boxes of test strips valued at US$7,500 to the Savanna-La-Mar Hospital Neonatal Ward. The blood gas test can determine how well neonate lungs are able to move oxygen into the blood and remove carbon dioxide from the blood.
