Ray Anthony McFarlane (right), representative of The Gentle Touch of Care Training Institute in Falmouth, Trelawny, receives one of several textbooks for the nursing profession titled ‘Medical - Surgical Nursing’ from Nicole Hoo Fatt (left), vice-president of the Chinese Benevolent Association, at the CBA Centre, St Andrew, recently. The collection of nursing textbooks was donated by the CBA to the training institute which equips practical student nurses with invaluable medical skills. Some of the book titles include ‘Fundamentals of Nursing’, ‘Pharmacology in Nursing’ and ‘Nursing Care of the Growing Family’.
