Donald Ward Mills (second right) was awarded the Human Resource Management Association of Jamaica (HRMAJ) Icon Award for his stellar contribution to the field of human resources during the HRMAJ’s 38th annual conference, held from November 14 to 16 at The Knutsford Court hotel. The award was presented during a special luncheon awards ceremony on the final day of the conference. Sharing in the special occasion are his wife Janice and son Cory (right), along with Karl Williams (left), president of HRMAJ.
