$5.6M worth of compressed ganja seized in Negril

The Negril Police say they seized $5,600,000 worth of compressed ganja during an operation along the Spring Gardens main road.
The police further say they also seized two motor vehicles.
According to the police, about 7:30 p.m. Sunday night a team was conducting an anti-narcotics operation along the road when they intercepted the two motor cars.
They say a search was conducted and compressed ganja weighing approximately 1400 pounds were reportedly recovered.
The drivers of both vehicles were taken into custody.
