Eventually, another man armed with what appeared to be a gun also approached him making similar demands.

The witness said the men then returned to the car and drove off,
He said he took note the car's licence plate.
The witness told the court that he and his brother went in pursuit of the vehicle and tailed it and eventually filed a report at the Waterford Police Station.
The witness said later that night he was called to the scene of a shooting on Norman Lane in St Andrew where he identified his mobile phone and keys, which were taken from the same blue Suzuki Swift he reported to the police.
