Taxi operator stabbed to death, second murder in St Thomas in hours

A stabbing incident in Port Morant, St Thomas this morning has left one taxi operator dead and another man in police custody.
The dead man has been identified as 44-year-old Argeant Shay, also known as Ace, of Market Road in Port Morant.
According to reports, the two men had a dispute before the fatal stabbing.
It was the second killing reported in the parish in hours.
Twenty-four year-old barber Feron Bailey was shot and killed following an altercation with another man at a wake in the community of Knightsville about 4:30a.m.
Another man was injured in the shooting and has been admitted to hospital.
