Elderly man killed in crash on Sundown Crescent, St Andrew

Investigators assigned to the St Andrew Central Police Division are probing the circumstances surrounding the fatal collision that claimed the life of an elderly man on Sun Down Crescent on Saturday
He has been identified as 65-year-old Richard Woodfine, a construction worker of Belvedere district, St Andrew.
The Half-Way-Tree Police report that about 2:30 a.m., Woodfine was driving a Jamco motorcycle heading towards Waltham Park Road.
On reaching a section of the roadway he collided with a Toyota Rav 4 which was travelling the opposite direction.
Both men sustained multiple injuries and were taken to hospital where Woodfine was pronounced dead and the other man was treated.
