Horizon inmate dead, correctional officer hospitalised

An inmate is now dead following an incident at the Horizon Adult Remand Centre in Kingston.
A correctional officer is also hospitalised.
The Department of Correctional Services confirmed the tragedy.
But, it said it would not provide further information as a probe is currently under way to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the incident.
