Clarendon senior citizen killed in hit-and-run crash

A Clarendon senior citizen was killed in a hit-and-run crash along the Sandy Bay main road in the parish this morning.
Abraham Campbell, 74 of Rosewell Road, Sandy Bay, Clarendon died on impact.
It is reported that Campbell walked into the path of a Toyota Probox motor car and was hit.
He was flung into the path of a white truck, which was travelling in the opposite direction, and was also hit by the truck.
The driver of that vehicle did not stop.
