‘The cancer fight isn’t just in October’, was the lasting remark of Jamaica Cancer Society (JCS) Acting Executive Director Michael Leslie as he accepted the donation of long-standing partner, General Accident Insurance Company in support of national cancer-fighting efforts on November 30 at the Jamaica Cancer Society offices in Kingston. Making the presentation is General Accident Business Development Officer, Jamalda Stanford-Brown, with a cheque valued at $136,000.
