JPS investigating electrocution of man in Christiana

A man was electrocuted after reportedly coming into contact with a Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) power line in Christiana, Manchester, Thursday morning.

The JPS says it's investigating the unfortunate incident.

The company adds that it will be collaborating with the police and other relevant authorities, as part of its investigation. 

"JPS is deeply saddened by the tragic incident, and is extending condolences to the family of the deceased, and to the wider community," the company says.
