‘Drogba’ charged for allegedly threatening man with illegal firearm

Thirty-year-old Tevin Spence, otherwise known as 'Drogba', of Juggle Lane, Frome in Westmoreland, has been arrested and charged in relation to a September 2023 incident in Ricketts River in the parish.

He is charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, assault at common law and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

The Westmoreland police say about 11 p.m., Spence and a man had an argument which developed into a fight.

Spence left the area and upon his return, he allegedly brandished a firearm, pointed it at the man and threatened to shoot him.
