Hydel’s Teixiera Johnson, reigning Class 4 100-metre champion, breezed through early morning qualification of the girls’ 200 metres, following her victory in heat one at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls’ Athletics Championship at the National Stadium.

Johnson’s leads all qualifiers, having clocked 25.28 seconds, slightly faster than teammate Tyecia McDonald, who won heat eight in 25.34.
