25-y-o charged for murder of man found tied up, shot on Hannah Street, Kingston

A 25-year-old man has been charged in relation to the death of another who was found with his hands and feet bound and with multiple gunshot wounds on Hannah Street in Kingston.
Charged with murder, possession of prohibited weapon, unauthorized possession of ammunition, making use of a firearm to commit a felony, and conspiracy to murder is Donovan McFarlane, otherwise called 'Diamond' of Upper Oxford Street in Kingston.
Randy Wilson, 33, a plumber of Jones Pen St Catherine, was found dead on Saturday, March 16.
The police report that about 9:05 a.m., residents stumbled upon a body and summoned them.
Upon arrival, Wilson was seen lying on the ground with his hands and feet bound with a rope and with multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body.
Police, acting on information, conducted an operation in the area and McFarlane was subsequently arrested.
He was later charged.
His court date is being arranged.
