St Catherine 60-year-old man on murder charge further remanded

A 60-year-old man who is accused of stabbing another to death in Spanish Town, St Catherine has been further remanded until May 22.
Alexander Page of Greendale in Spanish Town is charged for the murder of 45-year-old Isaiah Atkinson, also of Spanish Town.
Page today was assigned legal aid by Senior Parish Court judge Desiree Alleyne.
Allegations are that about 4:40 p.m. on the day in question Atkinson was stabbed to death along Salt Pond Road in Spanish Town.
Page was subsequently arrested and charged with murder.
He has made numerous court appearances and has maintained his innocence.
