Red Stripe employees energised ahead of company's new financial year

To recognise the staff's invaluable contributions to the company in the past year, Red Stripe distributed awards and cash prizes for achievements in the long-service and stand-up award categories.

Overflowing with enthusiasm for the upcoming trade visits, Red Stripe Production Manager Sheldon Sharpe (right) paid a visit to Lexi's Pub in Hanover, extending the company's heartfelt appreciation for their valued partnership and the opportunity to connect with her customers.
We are fierce competitors! Gathering on the athletic field for various team-building activities, the Red Stripe team members displayed a collaborative yet competitive spirit.
The celebration continues! As the evening progressed, staff members gathered in the ballroom for a lively after-party, where they traded formal attires for more relaxed ensembles and immersed themselves in the infectious energy of vibes master Brush1 Chromatic's exhilarating MC skills.
Pleased to have delivered a successful presentation, the company's management team radiated pride and elation. From line operators, management team leaders and board directors, the employees displayed a united spirit at the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa in Hanover for the annual Evergreen Strategy Retreat. Over three days, employees delving deep into introspection and strategic analysis of the past year while setting their sights on the months ahead.
