Gun found under music box in yard in Lawrence Tavern

The St Andrew North police are reporting the seizure of an illegal gun hidden under a music box in a yard in Unity district, Lawrence Tavern.
No one was arrested in relation to the seizure.
The police report that about 7 a.m. on Sunday, lawmen were in the area when a premises was searched.
During the search, a nine millimetre Ruger .40 pistol with a magazine containing three .40 rounds of ammunition were seen under a music box.
Investigation continues.
