Teen charged for allegedly stabbing schoolmate in Clarks Town

A 15-year-old boy has been charged with wounding with intent after he reportedly stabbed a schoolmate in Clarks Town Square in Trelawny on May 2.
The Clarks Town police say about 3:00 p.m., the teen and his schoolmate got into a dispute which escalated.
The accused boy allegedly used a knife to inflict stab wounds to his schoolmate's back.
The wounded boy was assisted to hospital where he was admitted for treatment.
A report was later made to the police and the accused teen was taken into custody by a justice of the peace. He was subsequently charged.
