With storage levels improving at the Hermitage Dam, the National Water Commission (NWC) says customers served by the Constant Spring Water Treatment Plant will now be able to enjoy continuous water supply, starting Saturday.

In a media release on Friday, the NWC said the storage level at the Hermitage Dam now stands at 90.3 per cent or 355.4 million gallons.

It attributed the rise in inflows from an increase in rainfall in recent days, which it said has allowed it to relax the water supply regulations that were implemented on April 22 as a result of drought conditions.

However, the NWC says while the inflows have increased, customers should be conscious of their water usage and conserve where possible.
