Gas prices up $2.66, diesel up $1.65

Motorists will pay more for gas when they go to the pumps on Thursday.

The state-owned oil refinery, Petrojam, says E-10 87 is to move up by $2.66 to sell for $174.16 per litre and a litre of E-10 90 will also go up by $2.66 to sell for $182.14.

Automotive diesel oil will move up by $1.65 per litre to sell for $176.16.

Ultra low sulphur diesel will sell for $184.66 per litre following an increase of $1.68.

The price of Kerosene will go up by $0.99 to sell for $175.04.

In the meantime, propane cooking gas will go up by $1.00 to sell for $71.16, while butane will move up by $1.24 to sell for $79.54 per litre.

Retailers will add their mark-ups to the announced prices.
