Minor earthquake felt in Jamaica

The quake was reportedly felt in Kingston, St Andrew, and St Catherine.

The Earthquake Unit is reporting that a minor quake rocked a section of Jamaica this morning.

The earthquake had a preliminary magnitude of 3.5 and was located approximately 7km north of Golden Spring, St Andrew.

The quake, which had a depth of 24 km, struck at 9:53.

It was reportedly felt in Kingston, St Andrew, and St Catherine.
