KELLER WILLIAMS Jamaica Realty has once again solidified its position as the premier real estate brokerage in Jamaica by clinching the coveted Top Agency Award at the Realtors Association of Jamaica’s (RAJ) Annual President’s Ball and Award Ceremony, held on Thursday, September 26.

This marks the second consecutive year that Keller Williams has earned this prestigious accolade, reflecting their unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation.

The team at Keller Williams Jamaica Realty has demonstrated exceptional dedication and hard work in achieving this remarkable feat. Following the tragic loss of their founder and broker, Rory Marsh, in 2022, the team rallied together to honour his legacy and continue his vision of building a dominant real estate brokerage.

Inspired by Marsh’s unwavering belief in the abilities of each agent, Keller Williams Jamaica Realty has consistently strived to empower its team and foster a culture of success.

The Keller Williams team was joined by directors Dane Marsh and Tanya Marsh-Vassell, as well as Rory Marsh’s eldest son, Michael Marsh, who is desirous of continuing his father’s legacy in the real estate industry.

The event’s guest speaker, Minister of Tourism Edmund Bartlett, highlighted the significant contribution of the real estate industry to Jamaica’s economic growth. His address further emphasised the importance of value, relationship, professionalism, integrity, and innovation in driving the sector forward.

Bartlett stated, “The symbiotic relationship between realtors and the tourism industry is paramount to the continued success of our nation. As the main driver of economic growth, tourism relies heavily on the real estate industry to provide the necessary infrastructure and accommodations that attract our visitors. A prime example of this is The Pinnacle development, which has attracted significant investment and continues to raise the bar for brand Jamaica.”

Nicole Touzalin, operating principal at Keller Williams Jamaica Realty, expressed her immense pride in the hard work and dedication of the company’s agents. “This award is a testament to the exceptional talent and commitment of our team,” she stated. “We are honoured to be recognised as the top agency in Jamaica and look forward to continuing our success in the years to come,” Touzalin said.

Keller Williams Jamaica Realty’s unwavering commitment to excellence, coupled with their innovative approach to real estate, has positioned them as a leader in the industry. Their dedication to their clients, agents, and the community has earned them a reputation for trust, reliability, and professionalism.
