The St Mary police have charged 38-year-old security guard Ramonda Beecher, otherwise called 'Rome', with shopbreaking and larceny.

The Port Maria police say about 5:30 p.m. on November 5, a man locked his business establishment located on a plaza in Highgate and left. However, upon his return he realised that a glass window was smashed.
