Toll road operator TransJamaican Highway Limited is warning the public against a scam targeting customers.

In a notice, the company says it is aware that some customers have received text messages encouraging them to click on a link to settle unpaid toll bills promptly.

It says this message is not legitimate and is not associated with the company.

“If you should receive such a message, please DO NOT click the link. We welcome you to contact our Customer Experience Team by phone at 876-704-3434 or by email at customer-support@h2k-jio.com with any concerns.”
