Bamboo health centre in St Ann temporarily relocated amid major renovation

Clinical services at the Bamboo Community Health Centre in St Ann have been temporarily relocated to the Bamboo Tabernacle Church while the centre undergoes major renovation and expansion works.

The facility was closed on Monday and will remain so for the next six months.

The North-East Regional Health Authority says persons may go to the church to access maternal and child health, environmental health, nutrition, mental health, curative, Wound Care (dressings).

It apologised for any inconvenience caused and thanked persons for their understanding as it implements these necessary rehabilitative and expansion works to enhance the quality of care offered to the public.
