The operations are targeting suspects linked to a "major investigation" being conducted by MOCA, according to Major Basil Jarrett, the agency's director of communications.
MOCA agents, supported by the police, are at locations in Whitehall Terrace, Kingston Gardens, Seaview Gardens, Tavern, all in Kingston and St Andrew, and Longville Park, in Clarendon.
Jarrett says arrests are expected.
