The cops have been remanded until the next court hearing, on April 30, 2025.

The prosecution's file on the two policemen charged for the shooting deaths of two men and a teenage boy along Windward Road in Kingston remains incomplete

Prosecutors gave the update during today's hearing in the Home Circuit Court in Kingston.

As the matter could not proceed, the court remanded the cops and scheduled April 30 for the next hearing.

Corporal Mark Roye and Constable Kelby White are charged with three counts each of murder, using a firearm to commit a felony, and discharge of a firearm in a public place.

The men were charged on November 17, 2024, in relation to the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Oshane Stubbs, 19-year-old Orando Campbell, and 20-year-old Kayshawn Smith.

They are also jointly charged with two counts of perverting the course of justice.

Roye is being represented by attorney-at-law Peter Champagnie, KC, while White is being represented by attorney Althea Grant.
