Trelawny teacher charged following bar fight
A Trelawny teacher has been charged with unlawful wounding following a fight at a bar in his community of Stettin district, Albert Town.
He has been identified as 34-year-old Geovanni Johnson.
The Falmouth police say about 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, a man was among a group of persons at a bar, when Johnson entered and an argument developed between the two men.
The argument became physical and during the altercation, Johnson reportedly used an object to hit the complainant to the right side of his head, causing a wound.
A report was later made to the police and Johnson was subsequently arrested and charged for the offence.
His court date is being arranged.
