Football coach Rudolph Speid today filed a defamation lawsuit against Craig Butler, who is also a football coach, in the Supreme Court.

Jordan Woodfine of Knockinz Media is also a defendant in the suit.

Speid, who is the coach for Cavalier FC, is claiming that Butler allegedly made defamatory statements about him, which he claims were then allegedly published by Knockinz Media.

Speid is alleging that he has suffered damage and incurred expenses.

He is seeking “damages for defamation pursuant to the Defamation Act, aggravated damages, exemplary damages and damages for negligence in respect of words and electronic posts.”
