Westmoreland businessman abducted by gunmen

The police have confirmed that a businessman was abducted at gunpoint by three heavily armed men from his business place in Darliston, Westmoreland, this morning.
The businessman, who operates a car mart in the town centre, has been identified as Gavin Myers.
According to reports, Myers was at his business place about 7 a.m. when the gunmen barged in and took him away. His current whereabouts is unknown.
The matter is under investigation by the Westmoreland police.
