Clarendon farmer found hanging in suspected suicide

The police in Clarendon have launched a probe into the suspected suicide of a 50-year-old farmer who was found hanging from a tree in his yard on Sunday night.

The deceased has been identified as Vallin Reid of Sandy Bay, Crofts Hill.

Reid’s body was discovered suspended by a piece of cord, at about about 7:15 p.m, according to reports.

The Crofts Hill police are investigating.
