Increased rainfall expected across Jamaica starting today

An increase in rainfall and thunderstorm activity is expected across the island today and tomorrow, the Meteorological Service of Jamaica has advised.
It says there is a trough across Jamaica in addition to a pair of tropical waves across the central and eastern Caribbean.
The Met Service says the trough is expected to remain through to early Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the tropical wave across the central Caribbean is projected to move across Jamaica this evening, while the tropical wave across the eastern Caribbean is projected to move across Jamaica on Tuesday evening.
