Body of man found tied up and mouth taped in Epworth, St Ann

The body of a man who was tied up and had his mouth taped was found on Tuesday night in the Epworth district, St Ann.

The body was discovered beside a water tank that serves the community.

It was reported that there was no blood at the scene.

The police were called to the location, which was processed by investigators.

The Gleaner was informed that the man had lived overseas and returned to Jamaica some time ago and was living alone in the area.
