Gas prices to go up on Friday

Motorists will pay more for gas on Friday.

The state-owned oil refinery, Petrojam, says E-10 87 is to move up by $1.00 to sell for $152.36 per litre and a litre of E-10 90 will go up by $1.00 to sell for $158.97.

Automotive diesel oil will move up by $1.00 per litre to sell for $164.25.

Ultra low sulphur diesel will sell for $170.25 per litre following an increase of $1.00.

The price of kerosene will go up by $1.00, with that fuel to sell for $150.20.

In the meantime, propane cooking gas will go up by $1.00 to sell for $73.97, while butane will move up by $1.00 to sell for $82.38 per litre.

Retailers will add their mark-ups to the announced prices.
