On Friday, February 19, The Latin American Women's Club (LAWC) of Kingston held its annual 'Fiesta del amor y la amistad' in Stony Hill at the residence of famed businessman Kenny Benjamin.

At least 100 persons enjoyed a night of Latin rhythms while contributing to a good cause, as the proceeds will go towards the organisation's various charities. These include the St Patrick's Foundation, St Monica's Lepers Home, the SOS Children's Village, and the Stella Maris Foundation, among others.

This year, the organisation celebrates its 50th anniversary.
