As the changing of the guards continues in the diplomatic circle, the Diplomatic Corps last week said goodbye to Cuban Ambassador to Jamaica Bernado Guanche. His friends and colleagues gathered at the Embassy of the Dominican Republic on Hope Road to give their friend a fine send-off. We end the week with the highlights.
