The Chupse project was created by the Jamaican Association on Intellectual Disabilities in partnership with the Japan International Co-operation Agency .

The venture is one of the adult services which provide employment support to assist persons to contribute to the society and have sustainable livelihoods.

The accessories are made with authentic Jamaican coffee beans supplied by the Jamaica UCC Blue Mountain Coffee Co. Ltd. The proceeds from every purchase will aid in allowing individuals with disabilities to become independent members of the community.
