It was a night to celebrate beauty as Pulse Model Agency celebrated its 38th anniversary last Sunday at Villa Ronai in Stony Hill.

The clouds opened up and rained down showers of blessings, while guests poured into the venue. Models past, present and future were in attendance, making the event a family affair for the Coopers and their guests.

DJ Sanjay kept the guests entertained throughout the night, pausing only to make the dream of a model hopeful come true. Pulse's long-standing partner, London-based Select Model Management, was represented in the form of international scouts Talisa Carling and Hannah Sneath, who were in the island to choose the next big star. While that honour went to fresh-faced Miqueal-Symone Williams, the scouts could not resist Shalesha Bisasoc, Kayla Innis and Shadae McIntosh.

In congratulating the winners, special mention was also made of Miss Universe Jamaica Davina Bennett; pulse international model Alicia Burke; and bidding farewell to Zoe Griffiths as she leaves the island to start her career on the international stage.
