Spirits were high yesterday in the Nassau Valley in St Elizabeth. Specially invited guests made a 'joyful noise' at the signature Joy Spence Appleton Estate Rum Experience, where they got a chance to view the newly renovated location and bask in the glorious process behind the making of the number one rum in the world.
