Sagicor says thank you
Last Thursday, The Valencia T at the Spanish Court Hotel was the epicentre for Sagicor Bank's thank you dinner for its business partners who made the US$133.5M financing deal to Jamaica Energy Business Partners possible.
"We did it in three weeks. It is synergies of this nature that makes Sagicor strong," said chief executive officer of Sagicor Bank Chorvelle Johnson. "Jamaica is at a point where we can transform the country," said Chief Executive Officer of Sagicor Investments Jamaica Kevin Donaldson.
Dinner, catered by Jacqui Tyson, was a delicious ambrosial experience. Palates were cleansed with a fresh fruit sorbet infused with Campari, with a main course of jumbo shrimp and salmon served with a croquette of roasted breadfruit and sweet potato with honey-glazed carrots and green pea puree.
After the awards of appreciation that were given to representatives of each group, the night came alive with a series of indoor fireworks which were alight on top of the grand US$133.5M cake.
"The Sagicor Group would like to thank everyone that made this possible," said team lead, relationship manager, Corporate and Commercial Banking of Sagicor Bank Jamaica, Teris Kettle.
