Danielle Williams confirmed her tag as World Championships gold medal favourite, with a dominating win in the 100m hurdles at the Brussels Diamond League Final to claim the diamond in the event.
Williams, in the process, also secured a wild card entry to this month's World Championships in Doha, Qatar and the US$50,000 ($6.9 million) prize money awarded to Diamond Race winners.
The Jamaican, who like the rest of the field, had to hold her nerve following the expulsion and protest of Nigerian Tobi Amusan for a false start, led from start to finish, winning the event in 12.46 seconds, with world record holder Kendra Harrison, 12.73 and Nia Ali, 12.74, taking second and third respectively.
