Stephenie-Ann McPherson is through to the final of the Women's 400m at the IAAF World Championships
McPherson won the third semi-final in a season's best time of 50.70 seconds ahead of Justyna Swiety-Ersetic of Poland who finished second in 50.96 seconds.
Kendall Ellis of the United States came third in 51.58 seconds.
Joining McPherson in the final will be Shericka Jackson whose time of 50.10 in the second semi-final was good enough to qualify as one of the two fastest losers.
The final of the Women's 400m will take place on Thursday at 3:50pm.
