Blaine releases Reggae Girlz squad
National senior head coach Vin Blaine has named his 23-player squad for the first round of the Women's World Cup qualifiers which begin next week Thursday.
Manchester City's Khadija Shaw has been included in the team looking to make their second consecutive tournament as well as England-based players Rebecca Spencer and Vyan Sampson.
Notable absences include Konya Plummer for personal reasons as well as Cheyna Matthews who is expecting her third child this summer.
Among the new additions are twins Mikayla and Malikae Dayes who play for the University of Maryland.
Jamaica will open group play against Bermuda at the National Stadium next Thursday.
