Jamaica's Cedricka Williams won the Girls Under 20 discus title at the Carifta Games in Kingston on Saturday.
Williams took gold with a winning throw of 51.24m on her final attempt, with her teammate Britannia Johnson placing in second with 49.74. Princesse Hyman of Guadeloupe was third with 47.55.
