Head of alleged wanted man found in Porus, Manchester

The Manchester police say the severed head of a man who was reportedly wanted for rape, assault and burglary was found along the roadway in Whitney Turn in Porus in the parish on Thursday morning.
The police say the man's head was found shortly after 7 a.m. wrapped in a blood-soaked bag near a stall.
