Betting Gaming and Lotteries extends slot machine deadline

The Betting Gaming and Lotteries Commission has extended the deadline for owners of seized gaming machines to claim them.
The new deadline for claiming gaming machines seized between January 2003 and March 31, 2010 has been changed to June 11, 2010 at 3:30 p.m.
Each machine will be returned upon the following conditions:
1. Licensing of premises;
2. Payment of Licence and disc fees of $2,500;
3. Payment of the annual levy of $5,000 (for locally manufactured machines), or $10,000 (for imported slots), and;
4. Reimbursement of transport costs averaging $2,630.
