Wedddy Weddy restarts
'Weddy Weddy' resumed its weekly party at 41 Burlington Ave on Wednesday, June 9, with a club vibe. Promoter Winston Powell guarantees great music and a party atmosphere with a new twist. Weddy Weddy, since inception, has been the model of consistency with unrivalled longevity and brand support that ensures good vibes and good music. The party rules the Wednesday night party circuit and features the World Immortal Stone Love, great music and rewarding patrons' involvement with great giveaways. The party was postponed as a result of the State of Emergency imposed on Kingston and St Andrew following an outbreak of violence. This week's club modified event signalled the resumption of the weekly party of fashion, dance and great music from the legendary Stone Love. The 6th anniversary of 'Weddy Weddy' will be celebrated in fine style on Friday, July 16. The party series came to life as a result of an alliance between the 'Energy God' and Winston 'Wee Pow' Powell, which saw the revival of the uptown outdoor party atmosphere similar to the days when the House of Leo ruled.

Hudson holiday
Kate Hudson is going to take her famous parents on holiday. The 31-year-old actress, who is currently working on new movie Something Borrowed in New York, hasn't had a vacation for ages and she can't wait to spend some quality time with her mother Goldie Hawn and stepfather Kurt Russell. She said: "As soon as I finish this movie I am going to go see my mom and dad! I am going to find them, they are overseas somewhere. We are all going to have a family vacation, I am really looking forward to it, I haven't had one in a while." Following in the footsteps of his showbiz family, it seems Kate's six-year-old son Ryder, whose father is Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson, craves the spotlight like his parents and grandparents.
The youngster has started wearing a bandage on his hand, not because he is injured but because he likes the attention. Kate said: "The bandage is an interesting subject because it's more of like a cool thing. He's not hurt. It's more like a prop for storytelling. He likes to make up really elaborate stories about how he hurt himself, which he didn't do. He loves it, I've got a performer on my hands, basically.
