Refurbishing concert to be held at Excelsior

A strong line-up of musical heavyweights will take the stage on behalf of Excelsior High School at 5:30 p.m. on June 27, at the Assembly Hall, University of the West Indies.

Wrapped up in the two-hour package dubbed, 'From Bach to Bob and Beyond', will be scintillating performances in verse and song. Ambassador Courtney Walsh is patron of the event.

Among the Excelsior alumni billed on the show are Harold Davis, Pam Hall, DiMario McDowell, Carole Reid, Conroy Cooper, Prilly Hamilton, Flloyd Folkes, Dennis Malcolm, Jon Williams, Leonie Forbes and Erica Allen.

Proceeds from this venture will help to refurbish the school's science laboratory.
