'No Skylarking' from Cush Hunta

Upcoming entertainer Cush Hunta has released his first potential crossover single, featuring reigning reggae queen and icon Marcia Griffiths and young rapper Phaze Kryme.
The song, No Skylarking, is a cover of the Studio One hit originally recorded by Horace Andy.
The cover has already won favour with International radio jock Waggy Tee of 99 Jamz in Miami, DJ'S Wiz and Richard Banton of CHRY 105FM and other jocks in Canada, where Cush had already performed and has a growing following.
Phaze Kryme's contribution to No Skylarking adds a flavour that Cush's handlers hope will help him generate interest among the younger audience in both the United States and Canadian markets.
Other artistes on the rhythm thus far are Pressure, Lutan Fyah, Conrad Crystal and Suga Roy.
The entertainer has been sounding better these days. The mixes on his songs are tight, and the overall production has seen significant improvement as the entertainer sets his sights on breaking new ground.
Management team
Having been around for some time, he took his time putting together a management team that he believes will help him realize his dreams. He is now managed by Corner Stone Production Limited, who spent the better part of 2009 laying the foundation in the local market. The foundation now laid, Cush Hunta and his team are set to launch their plan to do what it takes to break into the international market.
Cush Hunta also has another thought-provoking track on release, A Di Same Thing on the Bloodshed rhythm, a social commentary inspired by the recent Tivoli incursion. The entertainer's powerful vocals ask questions being asked by many Jamaicans who watched the events as they unfolded in late May.
