Boys' Town are expected to get better of their lower-league opponents Cavalier, this, after topping Zone B with nine points. Cavalier finished runners-up in Zone A with seven points from their four matches.
The Drewsland-based Waterhouse are the firm favourites to retain their title, after they won all their three matches to top Zone A with nine points. The Boris Johnson-coached team will be boosted with the inclusion of the midfielder Kenardo Forbes who returns from national duties.
Expecting a tough game
"We are really looking forward to it because we know that it is going to be a tough game and it should also provide some excitement for fans," Xavier Gilbert, assistant coach of Waterhouse said.
"The momentum is with us and it is always good to keep winning. Harbour View are never an easy team to beat, but we have youth on our side and we expect our youngsters to come to the fore and to give a good account of themselves," Gilbert said.
Gilbert added: "We are pretty confident, because we have been performing well in this competition and we just want to carry it over into this match tomorrow (today) with a victory," Gilbert added.
Meanwhile Harbour View's coach Donovan Hayles is also confident of a victory.
"We want to win this game so that we can move into the final because this is part of our preparations going into the Premier League competition," said Hayles.
Hayles added: "They (Waterhouse) are one of the most formidable teams in this competition along with Boys' Town. I know that they want to win because it would give them a lot of confidence going into the Premier League."
Harbour View will be depending heavily on national player Richard Edwards, along with Marcelino Blackburn, Romario Campbell and Andre Steel.
